In the letter you received from us, there is a special priority code which gives you access to our VIP block of hotels.

As always, in addition to the select VIP hotels, you may choose any hotel from the list enclosed in your registration package. Please know, however, that hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability on the desired check-in and check-out dates.
