Kevin J. Leddy, as Executive Vice President, Technology Policy and Product Management, is responsible for the long-term technology plans as well as the new products and services for Time Warner Cable. Part of the Advanced Technology Group in New York City, Leddy’s team manages a wide variety of video, voice, data, commercial and media sales products for the company, as well as the integration of the associated legislative and regulatory policies and initiatives.

Leddy joined Time Warner (then Warner Amex Cable) in 1980, and held various positions around the country before becoming the company’s chief marketing officer in 1990. In 1999, Leddy transitioned into product management and strategic planning, where he has made major contributions to the development of digital applications, including on-screen navigators, digital video recorders, HDTV, VOD, and wideband online services.

Leddy began his career with NCTA in 1977. Throughout his 30 years at Time Warner, he has remained an active participant in key cable organizations, including NCTA, CableLabs, and CTAM, and serves on various industry committees. A former chairman of CTAM’s board of directors, Leddy has also served on the boards of Primestar, E! Entertainment Television and Polycipher.

Kevin received a B.A. in Government from Colby College and an MBA from The Wharton School. He lives with his wife and three children in Wilton, Connecticut.
