Applications and deposits received by October 14, 2011, will be included in the first round of exhibit space assignments.
Q: How is exhibit space assigned?
A: A valid contract/application and 50 percent deposit must be submitted to NCTA Convention Headquarters in order for space to be assigned.
Q: How do exhibitors reserve hotel rooms?
A: Exhibitor housing information will be posted in the Exhibitors Only area of the website in the fall. In order to qualify for the first round of housing assignments, forms must be submitted in December. Please refer to the Exhibitors Only Area for more information and details on the assignment process.
Q: May I bring my spouse and children into the exhibit hall?
A: Spouses must be registered for the convention in order to visit the exhibit hall. Spouses receive a discounted rate on their registration. Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed into the exhibit hall.

Q: Is shuttle bus service available?
A: Shuttle bus transportation is provided for most of the convention hotels to BCEC (exceptions: Renaissance Boston Waterfront, Seaport Hotel, and Westin Boston Waterfront).
