Both Executive Suite options include:

The choice is yours: If you reserve an Executive Suite that is 20' x 20' or larger, you can locate your Executive Suite either in the Executive Suite area or on the exhibit floor main area.

Rules and Regulations

All show rules and regulations will be in effect for Executive Suite tenants with the following exceptions and additions:

  • No live performances, public celebrity appearances or mass premium distribution will be allowed in
    Executive Suites area, with the exception of those suites located on the show floor.
  • No hanging signs are allowed in the Executive Suite area.
  • No equipment or props are permitted outside of an Executive Suite.
  • Executive Suites are open during the following hours (subject to change):
    • 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 21
    • 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22
    • 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23
  • Executive Suites must be staffed during regular show hours.

Not included in the Executive Suite package are the following items and services:

  • Catering
  • Audio visual equipment
  • Floral
  • Additional electrical beyond booth and furniture installation
  • Shipping of collateral materials to/from show site
