Caution: It's been reported that certain housing bureaus that are not affiliated with NCTA or The Cable Show are contacting exhibitors and delegates to book hotel reservations for the upcoming Show. Please exercise caution if you receive such a solicitation. We cannot guarantee any reservations made outside of the official Cable Show website or registration forms. Also, rooms booked outside the Official Cable Show block will not receive the daily trades or other room drops intended for Cable Show attendees.

You may register via our Online portal*. Registration via Fax or Mail are no longer being accepted. Registering on-site at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center will begin on Sunday, May 20.
*Online registrations require a credit card payment to be processed.
TO AVOID DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS, please use only one method to register. Registrations cannot be made over the telephone.
Please review the registration categories and fees below, and decide which one applies to you. Plan to register early as hotels will fill up quickly.
Provides admittance to the exhibit floor and sessions, including the Spring Technical Forum, IPv6 Workshop and CIO.IT Track for the entire show. Please note that separate sign-up is required for the Spring Technical Forum, Ipv6 Workshop and CIO.IT Track.
Provides admittance to the exhibit floor and sessions, including the Spring Technical Forum, IPv6 Workshop and CIO.IT Track on the days for which daily passes have been purchased. Please note that separate sign-up is required for the Spring Technical Forum, IPv6 Workshop and CIO.IT Track.
Provides admittance only to the exhibit floor for the entire three (3) days of the show.
A special Full Program registration rate is available for spouses accompanying fully-paid "Full Program" and "Exhibits Only" registrants.
A special Full Program registration rate is available for full-time college and university students. A copy of a current, valid student ID must accompany the registration form.
Apply to full-time employees of NCTA member companies whose dues are current. The courtesy of the member rate is also extended to International Delegates whose place of employment is outside of the United States.
Anyone who does not fall into the above categories must pay the non-member rate.
Mailed or faxed registration forms with housing requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday, April 23, 2012. If you do not need housing, forms must be recieved by 5:00 p.m. (EST), Friday, May 11, 2012.
You will receive a confirmation from The Cable Show Registration Bureau for your convention registration within 5-7 business days of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call 888-269-6829 or 240-439-2990 (International).
The Registration Cancellation Deadline was Friday, March 23, 2012. Going forward, registration refunds will not be issued.

By providing your credit card information on your registration form, you authorize NCTA to submit the information to your assigned hotel in order to guarantee your room. The acknowledgment you receive from The Cable Show Housing Bureau will indicate your assigned hotel.
If the credit card used to guarantee your hotel reservation expires before June 2012, NCTA will contact you prior to the expiration date to obtain your updated credit card information. Failure to provide updated credit card information may result in the loss of your hotel reservation.

To request housing for exhibiting companies, use the Exhibitor Personnel Housing Form in the Exhibitors Only area of The Cable Show website at www.thecableshow.com/Exhibiting/ExhibitorLogin. Register Online only if you are planning to pay for a Full Program registration. All Exhibitor questions should be directed to Convention Headquarters at 202-463-7905.
No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on the exhibit floor.
